Pressed the Grapes Today

Here is the juice after the press

Dad signs one of these each time he makes wine and hangs it up on the Garage wall

This is the wine press for squeezing the juice out of the grapes

I did not like the smell of the fermenting grapes, so Dad was on his own today. It was tough to get me to take this picture.

The wine will now age at Grandma and Papa' s house until next year when it is ready to drink.

Helping Dad with Winemaking

Daddy says that everything must be CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN for wine making. If not the wine will go bad and taste very bad

I am helping dad clean all his stuff for wine making. He picked up the grapes today and is letting them ferment. In about 5 days he said it will be ready to press.

New Puppy

There is a new puppy at Grandma's house. Not sure who's it is however.... Aunt Tauvie or Grandma???? I think Grandma loves it a lot!

Building the Crib

I helped Daddy build the crib for the new baby. I learned how to use a power screwdriver. This makes the job much easier then turning the screwdriver with my hand.

Dad built me a fort with some boxes in the shipping area

Dad showed my how to use an oscilloscope to look at electrical signals

Daddy's boss Juergen brought his son into work also, he showed him the same thing.

Birthday Thank You

I really dropped the ball not sending out thank you cards. Everyone was very generous and I did not need everything I received, but I really appreciate it a lot. Thanks for making my party very special.

Dad is silly, it is my 4th birthday but we only had the candles from his 31st birthday, Dad forgot to buy new ones so since it added up to 4, he called it good. :-)

Chicago - Airplane Ride

I flew on a CRJ50 Jet to get to Chicago O'Hare Airport. Then we took a fun ride on the Subway to get to the hotel. I had a lot of fun looking out the window. On the train however, I was pretty tired and pretty much ignored it. :-)

Visiting The Crayola Factory

I went to the crayola factory in Easton, PA on the way home from Uncle Mike and Aunt Rita's house. It was a lot of fun making crafts and seeing all the cool displays.
